11 Best AI Visibility Tools for B2B Companies (2026)

Eleven AI visibility tools for B2B companies in 2026, grouped by budget, with which ones cover Claude and Grok without enterprise pricing, Search Console, API, SSO and what seven AI engines told a small B2B SaaS on 28 September 2026.

Disclosure: VisibilityOS is published by the team that builds Cituna, one of the tools discussed here. Read this as our view, not a neutral review. Cituna is on this list because we build it; the entries are ordered by the rule stated under "How this list works".

The best AI visibility tools for B2B companies in 2026 are Cituna, Trakkr and Promptwatch if you need ChatGPT, Claude and Grok tracked without an enterprise contract, and AthenaHQ if you want every major engine, Copilot included, on a self-serve plan. Conductor and Profound fit larger teams whose procurement asks for SSO and a sales-led contract, while Rankscale ($20) and Otterly.AI ($29) are the cheapest ways to start.

Which AI visibility tools fit a B2B company in 2026?

How this list works: we picked tools that answer the questions a B2B marketing lead asks: does it cover the engines buyers use for research (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok for some audiences), what does it cost before an enterprise contract, and does it connect Search Console, GA4 or an API. Entries are grouped by budget band (under $100 a month, $100 to $300, then sales-led), and ordered by entry price inside each band, with ties in alphabetical order. Every rival fact comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on 28 or 29 September 2026. Cituna is included because we build it; judge its entry by the same criteria.

Why does AI visibility matter more for B2B?

B2B buyers compare before they talk to sales. The questions they type into an AI engine are comparison and shortlist questions: "best X for Y", "X vs Y", "alternatives to X". The answer names a handful of vendors, and a long sales cycle means that question gets asked again by other people on the buying committee over the following months.

So the prompts worth tracking first are the comparison and alternatives prompts in your category, on the engines your buyers use. How to choose the prompts to track covers building that set, and how to write a comparison page AI engines cite covers what to publish once you see the gaps.

What did seven AI engines recommend to a small B2B SaaS?

In our scans on 28 September 2026, Cituna asked all seven engines it tracks the same question: "I run marketing at a small B2B SaaS. Which AI visibility tracker covers ChatGPT, Claude and Grok without enterprise pricing?" This is what each engine named, in order.

Tools each engine named for the small B2B SaaS question, in our scans on 28 September 2026
EngineTools named, in order of first mention
ChatGPTCituna, Trakkr, Peec AI, Otterly.AI, Elmo
PerplexityAIclicks, Mangools, Otterly.AI, Rank Prompt
GeminiGoodie, Semrush, Peec AI
ClaudeWritesonic, LLMrefs, OpenLens, Otterly.AI
GrokCairrot, Profound, AthenaHQ, Otterly.AI
Google AI OverviewsAyzeo, Semrush, LLM Pulse
Google AI ModeProfound, LLMrefs, AIclicks

The seven answers named 18 different tools. No tool appeared in all seven, and Otterly.AI came closest, in four. Cituna was named first by ChatGPT and by none of the other six.

Several named tools do not meet the brief on their own pages. Peec AI, Goodie and Writesonic keep Claude and Grok for enterprise plans, Otterly.AI publishes no Grok coverage, and Profound sells brands only a trial or Enterprise. Prices drifted too: Perplexity put AIclicks at $49 a month and Mangools at $15.60, where their own pages showed $59 (checked 28 September 2026) and $49, or $34.90 billed annually (checked 29 September 2026).

Treat any single answer as a shortlist to check, not a verdict. If your product is missing from answers like these, how to get your product into "best tools" roundups explains where the engines find their lists.

Which tools cover Claude and Grok without enterprise pricing?

On the vendors' own pages, checked 28 and 29 September 2026, seven of the 11 tools let you track both Claude and Grok below an enterprise contract: Rankscale ($20, credit-metered), Cituna ($39, both in the base set), Mangools ($49, weekly), AIclicks ($59, as two of three chosen models), Promptwatch ($95, as two of four), Trakkr ($100, both included) and AthenaHQ ($295). Conductor's documentation lists both, but it publishes no prices.

Peec AI keeps both for Enterprise. Otterly.AI sells Claude as an add-on and publishes no Grok. Profound's Enterprise list has Claude but not Grok. For what each engine reads, see what Claude cites and what Grok cites.

Which tools cost under $100 a month?

1. Rankscale (best for the lowest price with every engine)

Rankscale meters everything in credits. Essentials costs $20 a month, or $204 a year, for 120 credits, and its pricing page says all engines are available on every plan, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, AI Overviews and AI Mode among them (checked 28 September 2026). A typical run costs 0.25 credits per engine, but Claude costs 2, so 120 credits buy 480 ChatGPT answers or 60 Claude answers a month. You set the cadence, from hourly to monthly.

MCP is on every plan, the homepage lists Search Console and GA4 connections in beta, and the REST API starts on Growth at $385 a month. The 7-day trial covers Pro ($99) only.

Strength: Claude and Grok at the lowest entry price on this list.

Limit: credits run out fast on Claude, so a team tracking comparison prompts on several engines will outgrow Essentials quickly.

Pick it if: you want to test which engines matter in your category before committing to a bigger plan.

2. Otterly.AI (best for cheap daily tracking with Copilot)

Otterly.AI's Lite plan costs $29 a month, or $25 billed annually, for 15 prompts checked daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot (checked 28 September 2026). Gemini and AI Mode are $9 add-ons on Lite and Claude is a $29 add-on, so Lite with Claude costs $58 a month. Grok is not mentioned on any Otterly page we read.

It was the tool the engines named most in our scans on 28 September 2026: in 86 of 153 answers, and in four of the seven answers to the B2B SaaS question. API and MCP start on Standard at $189 a month, and Search Console is not published. Its pages disagree on the trial length, 7 or 14 days, but both say no card.

Strength: Copilot is part of the base price, not one of a few chosen slots.

Limit: no published Grok coverage at any price, and 15 prompts is thin for a comparison-heavy prompt set.

Pick it if: your buyers use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot more than Grok, and budget is the constraint.

3. Cituna (best for Claude and Grok daily with Search Console)

Cituna checks seven engines daily: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. It costs $39, $119 or $399 a month, and the seven engines, daily checks and Google Search Console are included from $39 (checked 29 September 2026). It writes the fix for each gap it finds and publishes articles, and MCP is included.

Cituna is on this list because we build it. In our scans on 28 September 2026, ChatGPT named it first for the B2B SaaS question, and none of the other six engines named it at all.

Strength: Claude and Grok are in the base engine set, not add-ons or enterprise extras, next to Search Console data.

Limit: it does not track Microsoft Copilot, and the trial lasts 3 days and needs a card.

Pick it if: your buyers research on ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, and you want each gap turned into a written fix. See Cituna's plans at cituna.com

4. Mangools AI Search Watcher (best for many prompts with Claude and Grok)

Mangools' AI Search Watcher Pro costs $49 a month, or $34.90 a month billed annually, for 500 prompts (checked 29 September 2026). Its FAQ lists ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Mistral and Llama. Perplexity and Copilot are not on the list. Every prompt is checked twice on each update, and updates are weekly on every plan.

A free plan covers 5 prompts with no card, and API and MCP are included on every plan, the free one too. Search Console is not published, and refunds are offered within 48 hours.

Strength: 500 prompts with Claude and Grok for under $50.

Limit: weekly data only, and no Perplexity.

Pick it if: you want a wide comparison prompt set on Claude and Grok and can work with weekly numbers.

5. AIclicks (best for choosing your own three engines)

AIclicks' Starter costs $59 a month for 30 prompts on three models you choose from a list of 11, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and AI Mode (checked 28 September 2026). Checks are daily, Starter includes 5 AI-optimized articles a month, and the 3-day trial needs no credit card.

A B2B team could set Starter to exactly ChatGPT, Claude and Grok. GA4, API and MCP start on Pro at $189 a month, which also raises the limit to four models. Search Console is not published.

Perplexity and AI Mode both named AIclicks for the B2B SaaS question in our scans on 28 September 2026.

Strength: any three of 11 engines on the entry plan, with no card for the trial.

Limit: 30 prompts and three engines, so adding Perplexity means dropping one.

Pick it if: you know exactly which three engines your buyers use.

6. Peec AI (best for unlimited users)

Peec AI's Starter costs $95 a month, or $80 billed annually, for 50 prompts on three models chosen from ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Naver AI (checked 29 September 2026). Claude and Grok appear only on Enterprise, which is custom-priced and billed annually, and Perplexity is an add-on. An extra model costs $35 a month on Starter.

Tracking is daily and users are unlimited on every plan. Enterprise lists API access and SSO. The homepage says its MCP is live and lists Google Analytics among its integrations; Search Console is not published.

Strength: unlimited users, so sales, product marketing and SEO can share one account.

Limit: no Claude or Grok below an enterprise contract.

Pick it if: your buyers use ChatGPT, Google and Copilot, and many colleagues need access. The trade-offs are in Peec AI alternatives.

7. Promptwatch (best for Search Console, MCP and API on the entry plan)

Promptwatch's Essential costs $95 a month, or $950 a year, for 50 prompts on four models, checked daily (checked 28 September 2026). Its supported-models table lists 11, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, AI Overviews and AI Mode among them. Copilot is not listed, and how the four are chosen is not published.

Every brand plan ticks Google Search Console and includes MCP and API access. AEO articles start on Professional at $245. Essential and Professional have a 7-day free trial, with card terms not published, and Essential includes 1 seat.

Strength: Search Console, MCP and API on the entry plan, with Claude and Grok in the model list.

Limit: four models at a time, and one seat on Essential.

Pick it if: you want AI visibility data flowing into your own reporting from the first month.

Which tools cost $100 to $300 a month?

8. Trakkr (best for Claude, Grok and Perplexity at once)

Trakkr's Growth plan costs $100 a month, or $1,000 a year, and every plan includes all eight of its models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI (checked 28 September 2026). Growth tracks 1 brand daily with 50 prompts, 3 seats and 25 articles a month. Google AI Mode and Copilot are not listed.

MCP is on Growth, and the REST API starts on Scale at $500. There is no native Search Console connector; the integrations page offers a workflow guide that uses Search Console exports instead. The 14-day trial requires a card.

ChatGPT named Trakkr second for the B2B SaaS question in our scans on 28 September 2026, at $100 a month, which matches its page.

Strength: no engine picking: Claude, Grok and Perplexity are all in the base price.

Limit: no AI Mode or Copilot, and a card is needed for the trial.

Pick it if: your buyers split across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok and you want them all tracked from one plan.

9. AthenaHQ (best for every major engine on a self-serve plan)

AthenaHQ's Starter costs $295 a month for 3,600 credits, where one credit is one AI response, across 11 models: ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral (checked 28 September 2026). A free Essential tier gives 300 credits on five engines, without AI Mode, Claude or Grok.

Its comparison table lists GA4 and Google Search Console integration, though which plan includes it cannot be read from the page. API access is a paid add-on on Starter, priced on request. Starter includes a content optimization agent, and cadence is not published.

Grok named AthenaHQ for the B2B SaaS question in our scans on 28 September 2026.

Strength: Claude, Grok and Copilot together without an enterprise contract.

Limit: $295 is the highest self-serve entry price here, and the API costs extra.

Pick it if: you need every major engine, Copilot included, and can budget about $300 a month. See AthenaHQ alternatives.

Which tools are sold through sales?

10. Conductor (best for persona-level reporting)

Conductor publishes plan names (Essentials, Growth and Enterprise) but no prices, and says its pricing is usage-based (checked 28 September 2026). Its documentation lists ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity, with daily and weekly tracking. Essentials includes 2,500 AI Search Credits a year, per the feature table.

Search Console and GA4 are on all three plans, MCP is included on every plan, and the Data API is an extra below Enterprise. SSO starts on Growth. Prompts can be tagged by persona and journey stage, which suits a B2B buying committee, but no CRM connector is named. The 3-week trial needs no card.

Strength: persona and journey-stage reporting across every major engine, with Search Console and GA4.

Limit: no public prices, and the Essentials plan card and feature table disagree on credits.

Pick it if: you run a larger B2B marketing team and want AI visibility inside an enterprise SEO platform.

11. Profound (best for enterprise security reviews)

Profound offers brands a free trial that runs 50 preset prompts daily for 7 days on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then a custom-priced Enterprise plan (checked 28 September 2026). Enterprise tracks up to nine engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Exa Search. Grok is not listed.

Enterprise includes daily tracking, API access, CSV and JSON exports, SSO/SAML and SOC 2. Its AI Marketer agents research and write content on credits. Search Console is not published.

Strength: SOC 2 and SSO/SAML, the items a security review asks for.

Limit: no self-serve brand plan, and no Grok.

Pick it if: you are a large B2B brand with a security review and budget for a sales-led contract. See Profound alternatives.

Which tools connect Search Console, GA4, an API or a CRM?

All from the vendors' own pages, checked 28 and 29 September 2026:

  • Search Console: Cituna (from $39), Promptwatch (every brand plan) and Conductor (every plan). AthenaHQ lists it without saying which plan, Rankscale lists it in beta, and Trakkr offers a guide that uses exports. The rest do not publish it.
  • GA4: Conductor (every plan), AIclicks (from $189) and AthenaHQ; Rankscale in beta.
  • API or MCP: Promptwatch includes both from $95; Rankscale, Mangools and Conductor include MCP on every plan, and Cituna and Trakkr include it too; Otterly.AI and AIclicks start at $189; Profound has an API on Enterprise.
  • CRM or pipeline: none of the 11 names a CRM connector. Conductor says it ties AI presence to traffic and conversions.
  • Security: Profound Enterprise lists SOC 2 and SSO/SAML, Conductor has SSO from Growth, and Peec AI lists SSO on Enterprise. The others do not publish either.

Peec AI keeps Claude and Grok for Enterprise.

Do AI visibility tools connect to a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce?

Which AI visibility tools offer SOC 2 or SSO?

Profound's Enterprise plan lists SOC 2 and SSO/SAML, Conductor includes SSO from its Growth plan, and Peec AI lists SSO on Enterprise, all checked 28 and 29 September 2026. None of the self-serve plans on this list publishes either.

What prompts should a B2B company track first?

Start with the comparison and shortlist questions buyers ask: "best X for Y", "X vs Y" and "alternatives to X" in your category. Those are the answers that name vendors, so they show directly who is recommended instead of you.

How much does AI visibility tracking cost for a B2B company?

Self-serve entry prices on this list run from $20 a month (Rankscale) to $295 (AthenaHQ), checked 28 and 29 September 2026. Conductor and Profound publish no prices for their paid plans.
