About VisibilityOS

Research, comparisons and guides on how AI answer engines decide what to cite.

Who writes it

Mark Henry edits VisibilityOS, which publishes research, comparisons and guides on how AI answer engines decide what to cite.

Where the name comes from

VisibilityOS was Cituna's original name. The company became Cituna in July 2026, and the old name now belongs to this site.

Who owns it, and what that means

VisibilityOS is published by the team that builds Cituna, a paid product that measures how AI answer engines mention and cite brands. That gives us a financial interest in how it compares with the tools written about here.

Every note says so at the top, in a disclosure you cannot miss, and the method behind any number is a page you can read. Take these notes as the view of the people who build one of the tools, not as a neutral review.

Corrections policy

A mistake is fixed in the note where it was made, not in a follow-up. When a correction changes a figure or a conclusion, the note's "Last updated" date changes with it, and the sources it rests on stay listed with the date they were read, so the change can be checked.

A figure about another company's product is taken from that company's own page. If a vendor's page changes, or we have read it wrong, the row is corrected when the page is read again.
